Molly Engstrom

2024 Inductee
Molly Engstrom was born and raised in the small northwestern town of Siren, Wis., and played youth hockey from the ages of six to twelve in nearby Webster.

Sue Pope

Sue Pope from Madison has been an “influencer” when it comes to girls’ and women’s hockey long before that term became popular on social media.

  • Eugene "Bullet" Murray - 1991
As one of the best defensemen in the state, Gene played on three American Legion State Junior Championship Teams, 1936-37-38. He then played for the Planter Peanut Team in Chicago, 1939"40 and also for the Fond du Lac Bears senior team from 1936-1952, being the player coach of the 1950 Southern State Championship Bears Team.

After Retiring from hockey play, Gene was active in securing Fond du Lac's first indoor hockey rink. He also served as an assistant coach for the Goodrich High School Hockey Team 1964-66, refereed senior and high school hockey from 1953-70.

Gene also coached Youth Hockey for many years.
